- Setting Guide for Windows:
1.Connect power
- Plug in the power cord and connect to a wall socket (avoid extension cords if possible).
- Turn on the printer with the power button.
2.Fill Ink Tanks
- Open the ink tank lids (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
- Carefully open each ink bottle and fill the corresponding tank to the marked line.
- Close the tanks securely.
3. Load paper
- Open the input tray at the back.
- Adjust the paper guide.
- Load plain A4 or letter-size paper.
- Ensure paper fits snugly but isn’t bent.
4.Download & install drivers
- On your Windows PC, go to:
- Type HP Ink Tank 310 and download the recommended driver/software package.
- Open the downloaded file and follow on-screen prompts to install.
5.Connect printer
- USB connection only for Ink Tank 310:
- When the installer asks, connect the printer to your PC using the USB cable that came with it.
- Wait while Windows detects and sets it up.
